The SHAEF/ETOUSA Veterans Association in a non-profit organization of World War II veterans who served in SHAEF(Supreme Headquarters Allied Expeditionary Force)
or ETOUSA(Headquarters European Theater of Operations U.S. Army) or in units which were attached to the two headquarters. It is also open to friends of the association.
A major purpose of the organization is to pay tribute to the memory of our supreme commander, Dwight D. Eisenhower. Members can participate in annual reunions, trips, and receive a
quarterly newsletter, The SHAEF Communique. Annual dues are $15.00 U.S.
Our association was formally organized in 1985. We have located over 800 SHAEF vets in the United States and abroad who have participated in the sixteen reunions to date-
Many details of the 2002 reunion of the SHAEF / ETOUSA Veterans Association are still in the planning stage but members should reserve the dates of October 11 - 14 for Baltimore. Most reunion details and reservation forms will be mailed with the June Communique.
