...a current U.S. Passport. This is essential for all travelers entering or leaving the United States, so have it ready as a first step. Renewal, if necessary, is not a speedy process. CLICK HERE to go to the U.S. Department of State website for more information.

Following is the full report of the reunion committee:

It is very important that you contact the Travel Agent listed on the form supplied (click link below)Gary Wheatley, Off-We-Go Travel to book your reservation as soon as possible. Deposit deadlines are $200 per cabin, by June 21 and final payment due by July 11. However, we strongly recommend full payment upon booking or shortly thereafter to avoid any missed deadlines. There are handicapped rooms available, but you should book early to ensure you get one.

We have composed a form for your use. Complete this form and have the information ready when you contact the Travel Agent for booking. It will make the entire process run much more smoothly. In addition to contacting the Agent via phone, he requests that you also mail the form to his office for inclusion in a file set up for you. We recommend you purchase an insurance policy (available from Royal Caribbean through the travel agent for $29 - $59 per person depending on the cabin cost) in the event you have to cancel or return home early due to an emergency.

We recommend you plan to arrive in Fort Lauderdale the day prior to the cruise so that any delays you may experience en route will not cause you to miss the sailing time. This will also give you time to fix any lost or delayed luggage issues prior to sailing. The Travel Agent is making arrangements for a block of rooms at the Comfort Inn near the Fort Lauderdale airport; please let him know if you wish to stay there. You may choose to make your flight/travel arrangements yourself, through your own travel agent or with the Gary Wheatley agency. Comfort Inn has its own shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the ship. This is a cost-saving convenience. We recommend a cab from the ship back to the airport upon completion of the cruise.

An overview of our ship Enchantment of the Seas can be found online.

There are many opportunities for onboard activities and shore excursions. Brochures are available on the ship and on-line. After booking you will receive additional information from the travel agent, and forms you will need to fill out prior to sailing.

We will plan to meet daily from 15:00-17:00 in one of the lounges. The ship's only conference room has already been booked by another group; however, it may become available to us. The first daily meeting will be held in the Schooner Bar next to the conference center. There will be a complimentary cocktail hour on the second day of the cruise at 13:00. The location of this room has yet to be determined, but will be held in one of the lounges (Bolero Lounge has been requested and we will have confirmation prior to the June Communique.

In the meantime, have a look around Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines...
